bought as a replacement for one which started to weep after 2 years depite dismantling and cleaning, but continues to work if manually closed after venting. It would be good if you could buy a repacent 'seal' ( bit like a cistern valve) as there is a small indentation in the old one causing the weep, still overall much better than the alternatives.
