Automatic radiator bleeding valve used to automatically remove trapped air from a central heating installation, eliminating the need for this to be manually done. It has a shut off cap that can be used to stop auto venting if so required.

Better than the rest

A bit tricky to fit as you have to take the radiator off the wall as it is too big to rotate. Having said that it does a good job of releasing the air. The one it is fitted to gets all the air from the system and the alladin one couldn't cope. Took a week bed in, small amounts of water escape , but is working fine now.

bought as a replacement for one which started to weep after 2 years depite dismantling and cleaning, but continues to work if manually closed after venting. It would be good if you could buy a repacent 'seal' ( bit like a cistern valve) as there is a small indentation in the old one causing the weep, still overall much better than the alternatives.
